Please check the package properly at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or in poor condition, kindly do not accept it from the delivery partner.

After receiving the package, please record a clear continuous video while unwrapping/opening the parcel. The video must start before opening the package and clearly show all sides of the package and the product inside.

Without a proper unboxing video, the company will not be responsible for any damage, missing items, wrong products, refund, exchange, or replacement claims.
