Customers can request a return within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and product images. After verification, we will help you with a replacement or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, sale or clearance items, used products, washed products, and items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Exchange approval depends on product availability.
6. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
